Earle Gavin is the Founder of Pension Financial Services and established the firm in 1982. Earle received a Master’s Degree in Actuarial Science and a Master’s Degree in Insurance from Georgia State University. He is an Enrolled Actuary certified by the Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and a Member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).
Prior to founding Pension Financial Services, Earle served as Chairperson of the ASPPA Benefits Council of Atlanta. He is also a frequent keynote speaker at regional seminars throughout the Southeast and has participated as a panelist at national pension conferences.
Earle’s areas of expertise included actuarial services, qualified retirement plan consulting, plan design, and retirement plan administration.

Don Flower is President of Pension Financial Services, where he oversees the daily operations of the firm. He joined the firm in 1989, and oversees the consulting and plan administration services delivered by the client servicing and consulting teams.
Don received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Actuarial Science from Georgia State University in 1985. He specializes in plan design and provides consulting on qualified plan compliance.
